9 Elements to Happiness

The foundation of The Way consists of 9 Elements. These 9 Elements when brought into your day increase happiness and give you the ability to manage how you feel on a day to day basis.

The best place to start is to take the 9 Element Test. What the test does is give you a guide to how much balance and momentum you have in the present moment.

Having balance allows you to deal with challenging situations in a calm way. People with balance tend to have reduced stress, less anger and are calmer, more focused and peaceful.

Momentum is the drive outside of your body. It is very good to be balanced but without momentum a person tends to drift through life and doesn`t capture the special moments that are there to be experienced.

For both balance and momentum to be enjoyed fully living in the present moment is where everything feels great.
