I am now running a selective Enlightened Service Program in Hotels and Resorts across the world.

In order to achieve this Enlightened Service throughout a resort Hot Zones are identified. Hot Zones are areas within a resort or hotel where a level of service is created which is then replicated in all Hot Zones.

After this has been setup and is running smoothly then staff are empowered to create Special Moments for guests. These Special Moments financially rarely cost a hotel anything but make a world of difference to guests and enhance the wellbeing and performance of staff.
