I am now running a selective Enlightened Service Program in Hotels and Resorts across the world.
With Enlightened Service active in a Hotel or Resort guest experience is amplified with the affect of creating a Magnet Effect drawing guests back to your resort as well as empowering and improving the wellbeing of staff.
In order to achieve this Enlightened Service throughout a resort Hot Zones are identified. Hot Zones are areas within a resort or hotel where a level of service is created which is then replicated in all Hot Zones.
