There is extensive research on how you feel having an impact on both individual and business performance. With this knowledge I am now looking to bring the wisdom of The 9 Elements into schools.

One of the key elements in The Way is Element 5, Environment. Our environment greatly impacts how we feel and our conditioned environment becomes much of the story of our lives.

The 9 Elements for schools program understands that not only parental influence impacts how a child feels and grows but also seeing as children spend on average 1/3rd of their waking life between the ages of 5 and 16 in school, their teachers also greatly affect the emotional development of the children.

What The 9 Elements for schools program looks to do is to create more awareness of how teachers influence their pupils and suggest ways which will not only increase the well-being of the pupils and school as a whole, but by introducing in many cases very minor changes how great improvements in performance can be achieved.
