– 9 Day Challenge
The 9 Day Challenge is an online program which works alongside my book ’9 Days to Feel Fantastic’. It gives you the opportunity to introduce the 9 Elements of The Way supported by me. Each day you will be asked to introduce one of 9 Elements into your day to create both balance and momentum in your life. Alongside doing this you will be able each day to ask questions and have me respond by the next day to help you smoothly create happiness from the inside out.

– 3 Day Happiness Program
This workshop is about discovering where you are with a view to creating happiness. We will be exercising, using breathing techniques and creating relaxation and calmness. We will explore the 9 Elements and how to bring them into your every day. Creating stillness leaves space for the magic of Momentum to show itself. We will explore your dreams and start taking the steps to unlock a magical life when you are on purpose. On our final day we will look to bring everything together with tools to create present moment awareness and feel what it is like to experience Flow.
